Costa Cruises, in collaboration with SosTravel.com, is introducing “Lost Luggage Concierge,” a new service available to guests in 2024. With the new service, Costa will track down and return guests’ lost luggage directly onboard the ship, within 48 hours, according to a company statement. In the event of lost luggage, SosTravel will handle the necessary operations to recover the luggage without the guests having to do anything except report the loss at the airport to activate the service. MSC Cruises and Emirates have renewed their partnership for two more seasons. The companies announced the agreement at the Arabian Travel Market trade fair in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, building on a 10-year relationship between the airline and the cruise line. Princess Cruises is sending five ships to Europe in 2026, as the cruise line today announced what it said was its biggest ever European season. The five ships, highlighted by the new 2024-built Sun Princess, will offer what the company said is a record 222 cruises. Carnival Corporation announced that more than 85% of the contracted companies at its newest destination, Celebration Key, are from Grand Bahama. The Port of Vancouver is gearing up for another record-breaking cruise season with about 1.27 million passengers expected to pass through the Canada Place terminal between March 11 and October 29.
